Ranch Steak

If you’re looking for something different, give the Ranch steak a try! A very lean, boneless cut that comes from the shoulder center. Typically all the fat is trimmed, but don't be fooled- it's still bursting with hearty, earthy flavor (think sirloin). Great for braising, grilling, or broiling. Best at medium or less!
